Digitizing – Embroidery Setup
Digitizing is a computerized process in which your company logo/artwork is turned into a stitch file. This process involves taking a vector based art file (.ai or .eps) and having one of our experienced technical staff transform your logo in an embroidery stitch file. This is usually a one time cost to the client and can be used time and time again on many different items. Setup fees are waived on larger orders.
Protwill Cresting
Pro Twill Cresting can be done a variety of sports apparel. You can do one color designs or multi-color designs. Numbers, name bars, and team crest are some of the more popular ways to use Pro Twill. Incorporating Pro Twill fabric into your company or team logo can greatly reduce the number of stitches in a logo and in turn help keep your costs down. Many other types of fabrics can be used as well to create a unique look to your brand.
Embossing/Debossing
Embossing is a procedure that produces a raised image on a given surface material. Debossing is the exact opposite of embossing and leaves the image or logo pressed into the surface of a material. Debossing tends to be the more popular of the 2 methods. There are one time setups for these services depending on the item or vendor used.
Laser/Diamond Engraving
This method of decoration can be done on pens, mugs, awards and recognition items. We can engrave material such as plastics, metals, acrylics, wood and color coated materials. There are one time setups for these services depending on the item or vendor used.
Screen Printing/Digital Printing
Screen printing is one of the oldest and most popular methods of decoration. You can print one color or multiple colors at very low costs compared to other decorating methods. Digital printing take screen printing to another level of quality and detail. Digital printing allows you to produce multi-colored logos with great detail without all the messy inks that silk screening uses. Items such as T-shirts, Hoodies, Bags and Jerseys are just some of the items that can be printed. Vector art is preferred for art files. (.ai or .eps files)
